Killiney to Dun Laoghaire Walk – Rockstars to Fishemen!
About the Walk: At Killiney, we will meet you and give you a quick outline of our day.
We will follow the coastal road with some of the most expensive real estate in Ireland with tales of the famous and infamous inhabitants, past and present, along the way. We will visit a secret bathing place, pass Harbours, walk through historic villages, (on Sundays via The Peoples Park food market) to finish up at Dun Laoghaire Dart Station.
There is plenty to see along the way and lots to offer the hungry (and thirsty) walker!
This route is along public pavements, is mostly flat except for the Vico Road stretch which is steep in places. It is about 8 kms long and will take about 3 hours plus stops.
You can take the DART to Killiney Train station from any of the Dublin Train stations (DART).
See you there!
