The Island of La Gomera sits of the coast of Tenerife. It is a beautiful small island and the perfect location for many great walks. We will be staying on the western part of the Island in the town of Valle Gran Rey. The small town is a coastal resort complete with a few bars and cafes stretched along its sea front.

We will be based here for the week and transfer out to different parts of the Island for our walks.

The walks are of a varied length and terrain, they are also suitable to most people of a moderate fitness level.

The walks range in distance from 10k to 18km approx.

We operate this tour with local qualified guides from the area.

Walking Tour in the Tatra Mountains in Slovakia

The Dolomites are a mountain range in the north of Italy, they sit very close to Italy’s border with Austria. You would be forgiven for thinking that you were in Austria. This area was once part of Austria and there is still a great influence in this region. We will be staying in the small mountain town of Cortina D’ampezzo which sits deep in a beautiful Alpine valley. There are an endless number of wonderful walks in this area which all offer incredible scenery and landscapes.

We have cherry picked some of the finest and most accessible walks in this region for you to enjoy.

The walks range in length from 10k – 16km approx. with choice to shorten or extend. We also use some cable cars to reach our walking trails.

We will also be staying in a beautiful mountain lodge for one of the nights so you can enjoy staying surrounded by wonderful peaks and valleys all around you.

Cancellation Policy for Guided Walking Holidays Abroad:

• A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance, or in case of no-show.
• A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 4 weeks in advance.
• No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 4 weeks or more in advance.

If you cannot make the tour on the date requested and you contact us within 2 weeks of your tour date, then we may be able to provide an alternative date depending on availability.
