Full Moon Walk
These Full Moon Walks are an excellent opportunity to see beautiful landscape by the light of the moon. The walks will be short 2-3 hr walks and suitable for most levels of fitness.
You will visit some of the most scenic parts of Wicklow and Dublin, places such as Glendalough, Luggala, Djouce and many more. If you have never had the opportunity to do some night walking then don’t miss this as it’s an altogether different experience.
About the Enniskerry walk: The walk will place close to Enniskerry village. We will walk on Carrickgollogan and take many of the great wooded trails along the way. There are fantastic 360 degree views from the top of this small hill across the eastern coastline of Dublin and Wicklow. The tracks is very good easy to walk on and we will also pass by the Ballycorus Lead mines Chimney. This is a fantastic walk and easily manageable by most people.
N.B. Another walk may be chosen on the night weather dependent but will be of the same length and time.
The walk will take approx 2.5 hrs
No previous walking experience required.
The Guides: All the guides on theses walks are fully qualified and trained with REC3 1st Aid and BOS Recognised awards so you know you are in safe hands.
You may also learn some night navigation, gain some knowledge of the stars and you could even experience a night time rainbow.
These walks are very popular so early booking is essential to confirm your place.

What does your Transport look like?
We use small white buses with “Hilltoptreks” written on them.
How long is the Walk?
The walk is approx 2.5hrs and walked at an easy pace so its manageable for most people.
Do I need Walking Boots?
We do recommend walking boots but we keep this walk on a good trail so trainers or comforftable walking shoes would be fine
