New Worry-Free Booking and Cancellation Policy for 2021 / 22
Hilltoptreks have been awarded a Covid Safety Charter for their compliance with all Covid Regulations and Guidelines.
We are all unsure of how this pandemic will affect us in the next coming months but we still want to start making plans to enjoy a break away. So, we at Hilltoptreks have decided to help you and do whatever we can to make things a little easier.
If for any reason due to travel restrictions, illness or government guidelines due to Covid you need to change or cancel your booking then there is no fee for this.
For our Tours for 2021 and 2022.
There are a few options that we have made for you.
- Book your place with a 10% fully refundable deposit
You can book any of our Walking Holidays or Short Breaks for 2021 or 2022 with just a 10% fully refundable deposit and the balance is not due until 7 days before tour date. If you still can’t go and you let us know before the 7 days you will get your full deposit back.
Note: If you can’t travel due to any Covid related restrictions or you are not well, then we will give your full deposit back.
- Book with a Voucher to give you flexibility, let us know which tour you would to do with it. The Gift Vouchers can be set for any price you choose and can be used at any date to book a tour. Get Your Voucher here
Note: The tours can become full, so don’t leave your booking to the last minute with your voucher. (Generally 4 weeks for multiday tours and 2 weeks for day tours)
- Email us your interest to book your tour.
If you see a Day Tour, Walking holiday or Walking break that you are interested in, then you can simply email us at email@example.com and we will keep you a place, we will hold you place 4 weeks before departure for multiday tours and 2 weeks for day tours. At this stage we will email you and ask you to pay for the tour.

Your Health is our top priority, and we have put special measures
in place top keep all our guests safe during our tours and activities.

Equipment cleanliness – All transport and equipment used for our tours will be sanitized after each tour. Disinfectant solution will be available on the buses for public use.
Guest guidelines – All guests will be required to wear face covering on our vehicles while traveling.
Guests will be advised to stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour.
Staff Health – All staff are required to wear face masks and will be provided with these. Staff will also be wearing gloves when possible. Staff are also required to wash their hands as often as possible while offering a tour.
Capacity limitations – Due to the capacity limitations on our buses, we need to uphold Covid transport regulations for capacity on our tours. (This may change with Health Service Guidelines)
Easier booking and Payment – We are offering easier booking with deposits for all our tours for 2021. All payments can be made online by Credit Card.
